‘EVERYDAY HEROES’: Two men jumped into the ocean to help prevent a girl from drowning after her wheelchair rolled off the dock into the water in St. Thomas.

Randolph Donovan and Kashief Hamilton are being hailed as heroes for helping to keep the woman from going underwater off the coast of St. Thomas.
