Nigeria’s national women’s football team is nicknamed The Super Falcons of Nigeria and is headed by Evelyn Nwabuoku, who plays the mid-field.

They won the 2016 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, beating Cameroon, and as such, we love them for their doggedness despite obstacles, seen and unforseen.
