#ToolzCharityOfTheMonth for May 2018 is Heart of Gold Children’s Hospice.
Heart of Gold Children’s Hospice was started in March 1990 by Mrs Theresa Omolaja Adedoyin.
They provide expert care for severely disabled children. They recognize the demand for children’s hospices, and look for innovative ways to care for the needs of children with terminal and life-threatening illnesses throughout Nigeria.
A lot of the children are sadly abandoned at birth or a dropped off anonymously at the hospice.
Heart of Gold Hospice services are provided free of charge, so they are entirely dependent on the generosity of individuals and corporate bodies.
